My Approach
In therapy with me, I utilize a holistic and individualized approach to make sure that every client’s unique needs are met. I strive to make sure that every client feels heard and can act as an active participant in their wellness journey. I am very passionate about creating a genuine relationship with each client to foster growth and create a safe place to discuss how you are feeling. As a therapist, I bring energy, compassion and openness into the space create connection and safety. With tailoring my approach to each client, I also utilize person-centered, narrative and strength based modalities in therapy.
My Philosophy
​​I believe that no matter what you are going through, having a non-judgemental and safe place to talk about it can make a world of difference. Through my experiences in therapy and in life, I have witnessed how connection can help you understand yourself deeply and find what truly brings you happiness while also accepting and trusting your emotions. Therapy is different for every individual and can offer so many different benefits; whether it is developing coping skills for anxiety, working through challenges at work or in relationships, processing a traumatic experience or simply connecting with a trusted individual. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe environment where you can express yourself freely and we can work together to highlight your strengths, build confidence, and enhance your happiness.
